DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS

All products available for purchase are described on their specific product page on our website. Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd always try to represent as accurately as possible every characteristic of the products via photographs provided by designers, suppliers or manufacturers. We strive to provide you with the best images and description, but we cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd accepts only payment via Visa/Mastercard, (Paypal).

Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd is not responsible for the errors, acts and omissions of the credit card companies.

Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd requires full payment before a delivery can be made.

A credit card and necessary information is needed for payment. All orders are paid only through PayPal account or by credit cards issued by companies listed on the payment page. Payment will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account at the time when your order is accepted. Your order will be submitted for processing as soon as you click on the “confirm” button. We will send an electronic receipt to your e-mail address once your payment has been approved, with the availability of the product and expected date of delivery.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

WARRANTY

Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd provides 90 days Limited Structural Warranty locally (Singapore only), beginning from the date of delivery of the Product unless otherwise stated.

This warranty does not cover loose joints, wear and tear. Normal softening, volume contraction and natural wear out of fabric and filling materials after used, will not be considered as loss of elasticity due to manufacturing failure, and as a result will not be covered by warranty.

Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any defects arising from wilful damage, abnormal use, misuse or alteration. Burns, pet damage to the fabric after the product is delivered; spillage such as solvent, acids, ink, dye, paint, body secretion or any other coloured or corrosive materials (which causes stains) are not covered by the warranty.

This warranty excludes any damage caused by carelessness or improper use/cleaning or alteration of the products. It also excludes damages or claims caused by direct exposure to sources of heat, such as (but not limited to), sun lamps, bright lights or radiators. Commercial, rental use of the products or damages due to natural catastrophes/act of God will not be covered by this warranty.

This warranty only applies to the first and original purchaser of the product within the first delivery address. Customer must produce original Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd delivery order receipt as proof of warranty. Replaced items for a warranty claim will only carry the remaining term of the original warranty. Replaced items for a warranty claim may not be brand new. Replacing items under warranty may take up to 16 weeks. The above warranty terms will be the one and only valid warranty document for the products from Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd. No amendment to its terms either verbal or written are valid.

Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd shall in no event be responsible for any direct, indirect, accident, consequential or incidental damages such as (but not limited to) loss of expenses, sales or profit, loss of value which could have been created by the use of products. The responsibility of Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd shall never exceed the repair or replacement cost of the products or part thereof which gives rise to claim.

While we take every step possible to handle your merchandise with care, occasionally damage does occur during shipping or handling. Please inspect your purchase promptly after you receive it and report any visible damage within 7 days to Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd. One of our friendly staff will arrange to have the damaged item returned to the store and a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. We may require proof of damage from you by way of a photograph to help us assess the damage and facilitate a repair, replacement or refund of the damaged goods.

If the model originally purchased cannot be repaired or replaced, an equivalent model will be offered. Should a replacement not be available, we will issue a Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd cash voucher worth the value of the item purchased. Damaged goods must be returned in the same condition as when received by you with all original packaging. At all times, we operate in good faith and trust you will also accept our terms and conditions throughout on the same basis. Ultimately, we aim to make your purchase and delivery of goods a simple and pleasant experience at all times.

DELIVERY

Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd offers free delivery on qualifying orders which is only applicable within Singapore mainland. Additional surcharge of S$30 will be incurred for deliveries to Sentosa Island. We do not deliver to Jurong Island.  There is no installation charge unless otherwise stated. In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time-slot due to reasons such as lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties, you will be notified the soonest possible. Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the delivery timings or to substitute the original item to a similar product of higher or equal value should such circumstances arise.

To qualify for free delivery, your delivery location must be accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area.

If the delivery crew is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery, (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator unserviceable upon delivery crew’s arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc) we will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.

If the process is deemed hazardous (e.g furniture or infrastructure prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway). In the event that delivery is deemed unfeasible, Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel the delivery. Upon cancellation, the delivery crew may need to return your goods to the store and another delivery will be arranged at an additional cost.

Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per item will be as follows: First non lift-accessible storey free of charge (e.g. staircase delivery from ground floor to level two is free) + $10 per item transported to a subsequent non lift-accessible storey.

Customer assumes full responsibility for sufficient clearing of the area (e.g. doorways, hallways, stairways, etc.) in Customer’s home to allow for delivery of the furniture, and reloading. Customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that furniture will fit the space, purpose and use intended by Customer. Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd and its delivery staff shall not be responsible for moving current furniture or obstructions during the delivery process. Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd delivery crew are not permitted to remove or move any items you may wish to dispose of or reposition, however our delivery staff will do their best to help you with positioning your newly purchased items from us.

Monday to Friday: 15:00 to 19:30

Saturday : 10:00 to 13:00

*Delivery 3-5 Working Days After Purchase.

(Excludes Custom made items, items in order, out of stock items and items with special instructions and/or treatments.)

**Please be aware there are no deliveries on eve of public holidays and public holidays.

***No items shall be delivered until they are paid in full.

Our staff will be pleased to contact you within 24hrs before delivery to confirm your delivery details and timing. At this point, it is important to generally ascertain the specific needs and possible surcharges that may need to be applied upon delivery, so that every purchase is concluded in a fair and fuss-free manner. If you are not home to receive the goods, they may need to return your goods to the store and another delivery will be arranged at an additional cost of $30.00/trip.

Delivery lead time may vary depending on the products ordered. Our on-demand production model makes it vary from 2 to 16 weeks on average. This is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes.

 

RETURN POLICY

Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd must be contacted prior to any arrangement being made with regard to returning any product in line with our return policy.

Customers must present their delivery receipt when requesting an exchange. The amount will be credited back in the form of Store Credit.  Exchanges cannot be made for furniture that is damaged resulting from misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear.

Please choose carefully as every refund/cancellation will incur a S$50.00 admin fee.

Clearance Items: There will be strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties for items which are under clearance unless otherwise stated.

The product descriptions of clearance items will clearly state their defects (if any).

 

BFGFURNITURE.COM STORE CREDIT

Bfgfurniture.com Store Credit can only be used online at the website. Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account and cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit like cash. We are not responsible for stolen Store Credit.  Store Credit is provided to your account when purchased items have been returned and ‘Receive Store Credit’ has been selected from the return page. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method or payment for the balance due.

 

HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR BALANCE

To obtain your balance of Store Credit, please call the BFG Furniture Customer Loyalty Team at +65 97123990. Your balance is also listed on the My Account Page in the Store Credit section. Please note that in most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase or once an item has been returned to the warehouse, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time.

 

EXPIRATION / SERVICE FEES

Store Credit does not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.

 

COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

By electing to receive Store Credit, you are certifying and representing to Apex Marketing & Services (S) Pte Ltd that the activities in connection with which the Store Credit will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Terms and Conditions that govern the website. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify us and our subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of Store Credit or violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your use of Store Credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
